About Colorado Medication Assisted Recovery
Colorado Medication Assisted Recovery is Colorado’s first and only addiction treatment program completely dedicated to recovery from opioid addiction. We offer affordable treatment in person at our newly remodeled center, and we offer a full Telehealth version of our treatment program as well.
At Colorado Medication Assisted Recovery, we use innovative and integrated care models, fueled by evidenced-based practices. As a true recovery-oriented treatment program, we do much more than just prescribe opioid-replacement medication. There is no minimum length of treatment at our program, because our entire program is completely individualized. Our model of care combines a wide range of approaches, which include:
Medical and clinical assessments to ensure the best possible treatment plan and long-term outcomes.
-
- Clinical services including individual, group, and family counseling to treat opiate addiction, other addictions, and co-occurring (dual diagnosis) mental health concerns
- An MAT program using buprenorphine medications (i.e. Suboxone, Subutex, Zubsolv, Sublocade, and more) as well as Naltrexone medications (i.e. Vivitrol and others). We carry our medications on-site, meaning no waiting periods or having to scheduling services days in advance.
- Safe and comfortable Buprenorphine inductions and outpatient detox available, in our state-of-the-art “Treatment Room” that includes comfortable seating and lighting, TV with Netflix & Hulu, and therapy upon request.
- Recovery support services
- Family and patient education services
- Behavioral health, mental health and psychiatric assessments along with ongoing psychological services available to all patients
- Aftercare planning
- Structured Sober Living Available
- Take home Naloxone available upon request
As opposed to residential or inpatient treatment modalities where an individual lives at a rehabilitation center for weeks or months, CMAR’s approach is based on the patients schedule and practical needs. Our patients live at home (or sober living) and continue lifestyle responsibilities, such as work, school, or caring for a family. Colorado Medication Assisted Recovery is the only program of our kind in the Colorado area. We offer a private, clinically-driven medication-assisted treatment program to people who are trying to break free from opioid addiction.
Our program is specially designed for those struggling with an addiction to heroin, fentanyl, or any other type of opioid or opiate. Unlike other programs, you do not need to leave your home for days, weeks, or months at a time. In fact, you don’t have to leave at all! Use our remote program that fits into your schedule 100%. With our treatment programs, long-term sobriety is possible.
